The cottage has two ground floor twin bedrooms (zip/link, can be king-size double on request), one of which boasts an en-suite shower room, a single bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a shared utility. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and a barbecue (available on request) and a games room.
